Women’s perfume reimagined

Starting off with a perfume bottle whose form I found didn’t match its scent. This project entailed, studying forms and people’s perception of it, studying people’s association between smell and visuals, redesigning the perfume bottle, creating a line of perfumes for the same and even the graphics and packaging for the product!

Now what if we made this into a line of perfumes…

Each animal embodies a distinct vibe.

Additionally, while keeping the base of the perfume bottle the same, each of the other perfumes would simply have the respective animal head and the respective coloured glass top half.

Here's my book detailing my process with perfumes, exploring their history in terms of use and manufacture, as well as the creation of both the fragrance and the bottle. It features a survey I conducted to understand form perception, along with my analysis of the original bottle and the survey results.
