NETWORK SPIDER
An app that helps students connect and build in-person relationships.
Every other day there is another app to connect people. But with everyone having access, it gets hard to organise it and find exactly what you need. in addition, the social online "standards" that are searched for, deeply impact people of all ages.
Network Spider uses the acronym SPIDER to segregate and simplify using the app.
This app connects students. With restricted access, we can call it a safe community.
S-STUDY GROUPS
P- PARTIES
I- INTERESTS (To connect with similar interests and make friends)
D- DATES (Age restricted)
E- EAT-OUTS
R- REQUESTS (To organise and communicate details fro certain features like dates/ meet ups)
And the spider icon- which stands for Random and will connect you with a random person based on your information.
The unique feature about this app is the 'no chat' feature. As people in today's world, we areall too connected and glued to our phones. With his app, along with finding what you need, it encourages you to actually go out, meet and interact in real life.
In addition, there is no picture/posting feature in this app to avoid any discrimination/anxiety. Only a profile picture is allowed, which is enturely optional to the user.
